5 /5 J: This was the most pleasant experience I have ever had registering/plates. Employees were very nice and professional, was in and out in as little as 30 minutes as there were 4 people ahead of me. I would highly suggest going here if you need to register and or get your plates updated/changed. There is limited free street parking, but if you look to your left after turning on Bonita Street, you will see a paid public parking lot. If you have the app, you know what to do, if not, info is on the signs. Real easy, text Park to 77223, enter a few pieces of info and you are good to go. There are approximately 31 parking spots and 1 Handicap parking. I selected 45 min of park time and it cost me $1.10 You can make an appointment or take a number ticket.

1 /5 Semih Tezcan: I had a very disappointing experience here. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. They gave me a new plate without even asking, charged me $208, then acted annoyed when I asked to use my existing plate instead. When I requested to void the first transaction, they were impatient and dismissive. In the end, I had to pay again, and the whole process was frustrating and confusing. This should’ve been a simple title transfer, but they made it stressful. Definitely not coming back or recommending this place to anyone.
