Im a new State Farm customer and I was lucky enough to have stumbled into Gabe Oleksys territory. He has a top notch office in Palatka, FL, but the best thing about his office is Ashley. She will work her fingers to the bone to get you good rates, and the whole time shes doing it, shes smiling and teasing with you. If youre from the North, you wont appreciate that nearly as much as I do. But if youre born and raised in the South, her kindness and willingness to work with you will go a long way toward making your day better than it was before you talked to her. Expect good things from Gabe, because hes got Ashley to make it happen!

She got me the best deal for the best coverage, much, much cheaper than I was already paying elsewhere, and my coverage is much better. She greeted me with a positive, vibrant attitude and was friendly throughout the whole process. She explained everything, each bit of coverage, and the programs I was signing up for with complete knowledge and, even better, was able to explain it all to me so that I felt that I had a full understanding of everything she was doing. She was also able to answer a lot of questions I had about adding my son and a second vehicle to coverage in the future. Amazing customer service!
