They always check rates with all their companies upon renewal when I ask. They have beaten other agencies on price year after year. They have been outstanding in taking care of my needs & I have been very happy with them over the years. I rolled my eyes at the negative review as they always go above & beyond in service. Some people just don’t take responsibility for their choice in payments. Clients pay directly for policies & the agency never, ever charges anything for payments made to company while at the agency! 15 + years of service to our family & very grateful I found this gem of an honest insurance agency. Highly recommend!

1 /5 JOHN BALL: Stay far away from this insurance company we use them for one term and upon time for renewal they quoted us $5000 over their nearest competitor even though we had no accidents and no tickets. We canceled by phone and did not pay any money after 30 days, they use their attorneys to sue us for nonpayment Said that we had to give them 30 days notice in writing this company is a complete rip off and want money that they’re not entitled to and will sue you if they don’t get it.

1 /5 Dave Rouse: After reading positive reviews, I decided to give Great Florida Insurance of Leesburg a shot of giving me quotes for my home, auto, motorcycle and boat insurance. I met with Henry Morales and provided him with copies of my declaration pages. This was late Friday afternoon. He informed me that he would get back to me on Monday morning and email me the information. After not hearing from him, I decided to call his office that afternoon to learn that they were unable to accept my call as their phone was out of service. I then drove to Leesburg and met with Henry. He informed me that they lost their phone and internet so he was unable to provide me with the information but promised that he would get back to me no later than Wednesday. Well today is Thursday and I havent heard anything from them. Not impressed as this is poor customer service.
