Brenda Williams I have been working with Arrington Ins for several years now, when Arrington/Kim was highly recommended to give them a try. She is the only ins agent that I have ever worked with that has been so patient, honest, professional and helpful. She will explain everything in detail so I clearly understand, always makes me feel comfortable. Customer Service is her middle name. Even when she cant do anything to help, she still goes the distance. I feel bad always bugging her, but she has NEVER been anything but professional, kind and geniune. I HIGHLY recommend this insurance agency and Kim Leach :)

Ryan Joshua was amazing, spoke with him on a Friday, he was very thorough. He told me he would touch bases again with me that following Tuesday and sure enough he was very punctual had all of my information ready to go and set me up with my auto insurance within 15 minutes.
