I was lucky enough to be introduced to Eaton insurance in Lake Worth, Florida. I had an insurance policy for him in just a couple of weeks. Definitely recommend them.

1 /5 kathy williams: 0 stars‼️‼️‼️This agency is horrible. They do not return calls or emails. They ask you to spend countless hours filling out applications and then don’t even get back to you. Claiming that they’re waiting for their underwriters well if they’re underwriters, can’t do their job why would I want pay thousands of dollars for insurance?

1 /5 Patty Ann: If I could give ZERO stars I would. I had been with Eaton Insurance for several years. I asked for a new quote for homeowners insurance because the company I was with increased the rates and then a few months later cancelled everyone. The agent (I will not throw out names) I was dealing with was nice at first and we spoke several times over the phone and she emailed me a quote from a company that I have never heard of. I replied to her email letting her know that I would get back to her. I reviewed the quote and called another company/agent because the quote seemed to be high. I received my quote from the other company which was $1,200 less than what Eaton offered me for the same coverage. So of course I went with the other company that new agent sent me which is a very well known company. A few weeks later I received a package from the insurance company Eaton quoted and inside that package was my NEW Insurance policy showing that it was paid in full from my Mortgage company. I about had a heart attach I called my Mortgage company right away to explain what was going on. However when I called Eaton and told the person I had been dealing with what happened and also asked how it happened because I did not agree nor did I sign anything to move forward with them. She started to argue with me about it and when I asked her if she wanted me to forward the emails I sent to her letting them know that I did not want to go with their quote. She told me it was not necessary and that she would call them to cancel the policy. So I asked her to make sure they send the full refund to the Mortgage company and I was told that it may not be a full refund. REALLY!! So I did receive a call back from Eaton letting me know that the policy was cancelled with a full refund. I never got an answer when I asked how they pushed the quote thru without my signature or authorization.
