Will Blood Mark is a great guy who is VERY knowledgeable about all kinds of insurance. Over the years I have recommended many family and friends to him. The best thing about Mark is how he gets to know your individual insurance needs, he’s not a “cookie cutter” insurance agent. He’s always available to talk with and if he doesn’t have an immediate answer he will get back to you when he says he will… which is greatly appreciated!

Ted Paulin Denton was recommended to me by another insurance company when we were looking for auto insurance since we just moved down from NJ. Denton was professional, honest, extremely knowledgeable and great to talk with. He explained why my rate was going to be what it was and what we could do to improve it. We found out that our home owners policy was going to be canceled from another broker because of lack of information. The other broker could not explain to me why, so I called Denton and he spent the next 3 hours going over our 4 point inspection and wind mitigation reports with me. Pie Jenni (Jennie Pie) I dont even know where to begin.....There are no words for the level of customer service this company provides. My son was in an auto accident, and was having a hard time navigating the process of what he is supposed to do after the accident.... When he received a letter from the DMV concerning his accident, he didnt understand what the DMV was requiring from him, and neither did I.....He called National, and asked if they were familiar with the letter he received , and they were not. The letter was 6 pages long and had sbout 8 different option he needed to do, but only if step a was this then go to step b, or skip step b and do c,d,& e instead.....very confusing! The next day, ONE OF THE MANAGERS FROM NATIONAL DROVE FROM ORLANDO TO JACKSONVILLE to help! He sat down with us and read the letter, (which is 6 pages) and explained it to us step by step so we could understand what was being asked of my son to do. UNBELIVEABLE! I am at a loss for words to express my gratitude, & tell you how thankful I am. You sir made a difference. Because of you, myself & my family will remain loyal customers for life. Please dont ever change. Thank you for everything! I will always reccommend your agency to anyone I hear of needing insurance.
