5 /5 Pie Jenni (Jennie Pie): I dont even know where to begin.....There are no words for the level of customer service this company provides. My son was in an auto accident, and was having a hard time navigating the process of what he is supposed to do after the accident.... When he received a letter from the DMV concerning his accident, he didnt understand what the DMV was requiring from him, and neither did I.....He called National, and asked if they were familiar with the letter he received , and they were not. The letter was 6 pages long and had sbout 8 different option he needed to do, but only if step a was this then go to step b, or skip step b and do c,d,& e instead.....very confusing! The next day, ONE OF THE MANAGERS FROM NATIONAL DROVE FROM ORLANDO TO JACKSONVILLE to help! He sat down with us and read the letter, (which is 6 pages) and explained it to us step by step so we could understand what was being asked of my son to do. UNBELIVEABLE! I am at a loss for words to express my gratitude, & tell you how thankful I am. You sir made a difference. Because of you, myself & my family will remain loyal customers for life. Please dont ever change. Thank you for everything! I will always reccommend your agency to anyone I hear of needing insurance.
