1 /5 Jacob Mankis: I had them cancel my policy on me twice for administrative purposes. The first time it happened I thought "Thats probably on me" and signed back up, I dont even know what there error was because I had gone through everything they had me sign, including documents that were sent after I had already established a policy. The second time, I got a notification that my address was wrong, my policy was being canceled, and I needed to sign for a new policy. This is the worst insurance agency I have ever had the displeasure of using. I urge you to please look at other alternatives, I only lost a couple hundred dollars for my mistake, but I would hate to see what this company would do if I ever did get in an accident. Stay away!

1 /5 J W: WORST insurance company. Avoid them at all costs. When I first signed up the agent put my husband on as an excluded driver even though I told them it was his car just under my name. Someone caused him an accident and his bumper fell off and we tried to put in a claim and thought he was covered the whole time and got denied and stuck with a car with no bumper and severely damaged. Also I had my policy for a year now and insurance started at $100 and has continued to go up and now at $400 for no reason. I had to cancel and was told I was gonna get a refund I had paid $380 and got back $273. The payment went through on the 7th and cancelled on the 10th. I called today and was told that I wouldnt receive the full amount since the policy was active for a few days. I wasnt told this when I cancelled I was told I would receive the full amount. This is so sneaky and Ive had so many issues with this company. Never again.

5 /5 Pie Jenni (Jennie Pie): I dont even know where to begin.....There are no words for the level of customer service this company provides. My son was in an auto accident, and was having a hard time navigating the process of what he is supposed to do after the accident.... When he received a letter from the DMV concerning his accident, he didnt understand what the DMV was requiring from him, and neither did I.....He called National, and asked if they were familiar with the letter he received , and they were not. The letter was 6 pages long and had sbout 8 different option he needed to do, but only if step a was this then go to step b, or skip step b and do c,d,& e instead.....very confusing! The next day, ONE OF THE MANAGERS FROM NATIONAL DROVE FROM ORLANDO TO JACKSONVILLE to help! He sat down with us and read the letter, (which is 6 pages) and explained it to us step by step so we could understand what was being asked of my son to do. UNBELIVEABLE! I am at a loss for words to express my gratitude, & tell you how thankful I am. You sir made a difference. Because of you, myself & my family will remain loyal customers for life. Please dont ever change. Thank you for everything! I will always reccommend your agency to anyone I hear of needing insurance.
