No voicemails, emails, texts, or even a formal letter arrived to notify me about the audit. Yet, instead of offering assistance to resolve this misunderstanding, they quickly handed my account over to collections, leaving me to face harsh demands without a chance to clarify or provide the necessary documentation. I approached INSURICA hoping for understanding and support, especially after a devastating period where my business suffered significant losses. Instead, I was met with a lack of empathy and a rigid approach that made an already difficult situation even more stressful. A few examples of his customer service: I needed an inspection on my home: It was scheduled within minutes. I needed a quote on home insurance policy, I got that very quickly. I needed copies of my declarations paperwork, and he sent that to me and everyone I needed it to be sent to. Overall a great experience. Highly recommended.
