She was VERY knowledgeable and helped me navigate the ever-confusing world of insurance and requirements and explained things as we went along. She made me feel like family and I refer all of my friends to her because the makes a stressful task seem easy when you have a pro helping you along the way. Rob Childs Dealing with Ashley at State Farm has been amazing. With my busy schedule she has been amazing. I have been able to accomplish successful policies on 5 vehicles and multiple homes all through text and email. I think weve had to have 1 phone call. The rest has been fast response time through text and email. I have seen cheaper options but the service Ashley provides and having the ability to speak to a person asap without AI or being transferred only to get lost has been huge. Ashley has been a life saver and the reason we stay with State Farm.
