She was VERY knowledgeable and helped me navigate the ever-confusing world of insurance and requirements and explained things as we went along. She made me feel like family and I refer all of my friends to her because the makes a stressful task seem easy when you have a pro helping you along the way. I didn’t know where to start looking for looking insurance companies so I figured what the heck, I’ll ask AI. I have been annoyed with big corporate insurance companies for some time now and could not have been more impressed with Robert at Great Florida! He was beyond helpful and very knowledgeable when it came to my homeowners and flood insurance. He even took the time to review other quotes that I had received and went through them to help me better understand the differences in coverages, and why Great Florida presented me with the coverage they did. Robert even worked well with my loan officer (who mind you was difficult to deal with—sidenote never use Aviscent mortgage) who needed specific documentation for my loan. I cannot recommend this company and Robert enough! 10 out of 10 great service!
