After Michael came through, when we were without power, water, cell phone coverage, fuel, and internet to name a few, i found then in their office on Saturday 3 days after the storm to file my claim. 1 /5 amobryant: Absolutely the worst. Run as fast as you can away from this company. They are awful. We paid our yearly premium on time as always. With absolutely no warning……no letter, email, or phone call they just cancelled our insurance. I just happened to notice money had been refunded to my bank account. I went to my online account and it just said cancelled. So I’m at my beach house over 4th of July with a ton of people and no insurance. Do not use this company.
