We were in need of insurance on an investment property we were purchasing, and had a referral from our realtor. We had some bumps in the road with lender and seller in obtaining this property, and Phil had to make several changes after we had obtained the insurance. He handled the entire process with ease and professionalism. It gave us relief and peace of mind. Phil knows what he’s doing, and we highly recommend him and the company!

Dylan Johnson I have been with state farm for 15 years and this is the worst agent Ive ever had. They are never in office and never respond to my messages or pick up phone calls. They forward to customer support at 1pm on a Friday claiming I am calling during out of office hours. Sometimes it takes me weeks to get a hold of this office and get the help I need from them. They denied the insurance coverage I have for one of my vehicles to the DMV but still ltske my money every month and then wont pick up the phone to discuss why that is. Beware of this office.

Rockymore Dontae “Mr. Heatcam” I’m self-employed and insurance used to be really expensive for me. In 2023 & 2024 I had to go get a regular 9 to 5 just to have affordable insurance while still remaining self employed full time. John Richards made this process super simple for me and it’s very affordable. Now I can remain self-employed and not have to worry about having to afford healthcare. This is a game changer for me!
