Michael Bello My experience with your company has been absolutely disgraceful. The treatment toward Hispanic clients is unacceptable, and the Spanish-speaking service was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. It is shameful that in this day and age, such disregard and lack of respect still exist. Your staff is clearly untrained and lacks even the most basic sense of customer service. The disorganization, arrogant attitudes, and complete lack of empathy make this one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. And let’s not even talk about the outrageous, unclear estimates—a total lack of transparency that only creates more mistrust. Instead of offering support, your company adds to people’s stress and frustration. You seriously need to clean house from the ground up, because what you currently offer is not a service—it’s an insult. Extremely disappointed. I absolutely do not recommend your business.

Christian Devinny Anna Marcos was unprofessional and deceitful in that she promised to lower my existing rate with Progressive by $30 per month due to my safe driver status. When she wrote the new policy it was not the same coverages as the previous, it did not have an accurate miles per year selection and it had my spouses name spelled wrong. In addition there was an error on her part with either the banking or routing number to deduct from my account as my bank says NO ATTEMPT WAS EVER MADE to withdraw funds by progressive, and my policy was CANCELLED because of this. Instead of calling me due to the billing issue. I have had to establish a new policy that has cost me MORE than i was paying before. Anna was very defensive when i called, did not offer to correct the issues as a professional insurance agent should. Now this veteran has to pay more than when i stepped foot in her office. Im very unhappy with Copeland Insurance.

Dave Brackett They now handle all of my insurance needs. If I have a question or need to change something, they handle it. We also got the best rates available. They provide perspectives that are not available from online or company agents that have been of great benefit. They know the providers on the island and coordinate our insurance appropriately.

Sabrina James The receptionist was very sincere and kind. She were able to assist me with my account and the app. It took a bit but we were able to finish the process on my State Farm app.

Titon and Fiona Bullies Good customer service, Frank is a little cranky but Ivette always makes you laugh just dont take it personal with Frank he is an OG but a good man.

Farwah Shah Sean Richardson was amazing to work with. He’s extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and organized. He went above and beyond to find us the best coverage at a great rate. Super responsive, I never had to follow up, as he kept us informed every step of the way. His professionalism and attention to detail made the whole process smooth and stress-free. We’re very happy with the outcome and highly recommend his services!

Ryan Thomas John at Florida Farm was able to cut my auto insurance and save me some major monthly cash! He took the time to explain the coverages to me and even made some suggestions. He always responds to my questions (which is very important to me) in a timely manner. Hes a good guy and does a great job. I would definitely recommend John and look forward to working with him for many years to come!

Christina Gentry I can’t thank Rusty enough for everything! We were in the process of purchasing a home and had the closing date pushed back, because of another insurance agent dragging his feet(completely different company). I called Rusty and he understood the urgency without me having to express it. He gave us a quote on the phone and emailed documents. We had the insurance binder in under an hour.
