1 /5 Mila B: If i can give it 0 zero stars that would be more accurate. These ladies failed to send out paperwork needed to the actual insurance and as a customer i ended up paying double. When I notified them of the issue they “tried” to figure out what happened. Days later i called to get updated and i was told they will fix it. After being told they would call back or were too busy with clients for hours i took the initiative to speak directly to the actual insurance company and fixed the issue myself. This was a horrible and disappointing experience, I definitely won’t renew with this company.

5 /5 Martika: Good day, everyone. I would like to highly recommend Del Toro Insurance. I visited their office on a Saturday and was assisted by Agent Leidy Marrero. She was exceptionally efficient, courteous, and prompt in her service. She took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly. Additionally, the other staff members were very friendly and professional. It was truly refreshing to experience such a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere at an insurance office. They are open on Saturdays until 2:00 PM and do accept walk-ins. Sincerely~Martika
