This ladys professionalism and customer interactions are amazing!! When I have talked to her, she is always happy and willing to assist over the phone. She has told me shed look into questions and would call me back. She always calls me back on same day. I emailed her around the holidays and got her out of office reply. She replied to my email her first day back to work after her time off. Thank you for everything Ms. Sheffield.
