Erin Franklin Carmen is unhappy with her own life, Im assuming. She was rude while I maintained a polite composure the entire process of signing up for insurance. I requested a refund and Carmen stated, "Okay, youre wasting my time," and hung up on me.

I have had a wide range of agents, but I have never had such an outstanding insurance representative as Pam Hawley. She is a an A++ person and agent. She is professional, knowledgeable and will listen to your needs with a keen ear. She will ascertain what you want and what you need very quickly. Most importantly, she will have your best interest at heart and search for the best deal around. I wish I had HER as my agent in Louisiana. Sadly, she can only write my policies in Florida. If you need an agent, give her a call. You will be elated that you did. There arent many Pam Hawleys left in this insurance world. She is extraordinary!
