Christian Devinny Anna Marcos was unprofessional and deceitful in that she promised to lower my existing rate with Progressive by $30 per month due to my safe driver status. When she wrote the new policy it was not the same coverages as the previous, it did not have an accurate miles per year selection and it had my spouses name spelled wrong. In addition there was an error on her part with either the banking or routing number to deduct from my account as my bank says NO ATTEMPT WAS EVER MADE to withdraw funds by progressive, and my policy was CANCELLED because of this. Instead of calling me due to the billing issue. I have had to establish a new policy that has cost me MORE than i was paying before. Anna was very defensive when i called, did not offer to correct the issues as a professional insurance agent should. Now this veteran has to pay more than when i stepped foot in her office. Im very unhappy with Copeland Insurance.

Barbara Pickell As Treasurer of my Homeowners Association, it is reassuring that I can rely on Newman Insurance for prompt and accurate information. When we changed our Agency to Newmans last year, we discovered we had a policy we didnt need (saved money on that), but also discovered we had a building that had never been insured! (We had to add a policy.) Whenever we have questions, the staff is always knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend Newman Insurance Agency.
