Both of them are very smart, very professional and never once made me feel stupid which is how I feel when it comes to insurance! 10 days ago we were surprised by hurricane Sally and they have been totally there for us.

Most people would’ve got fed up or distracted but she was very cool and professional with everything. I said she needs to get promoted but she stated she loves her job so I hope the least they could do is give her a raise. Genuinely I wasn’t ready to make a decision about getting my own health insurance being that I’m 18 but she made the process very smooth and understanding.
