Stephanie Prezzemolo Alexandra “Allie” Horblitt and her whole team (including Zack) are absolutely AMAZING! They have been helping me for years now and just recently I was at the DMV and after waiting for several hours it turned out I needed to change my insurance policy completely in order to reinstate my license and I called Allie and she took care of it immediately and was able to fax it to them and I was able to take care of everything and without Allie and her team it wouldn’t have been possible. Highly recommended, very professional, very efficient and I wouldn’t dream of going or working with anybody else!

She is so responsive and has answers to all of our questions in such a timely manner. She takes care of you like you are one of her own family members. We are actively in the process of trying to buy a house and needed certain insurance paperwork and Karla took matters into her own hands and emailed our loan agent directly and continued to correspond with them until the matter was resolved. She treats her job as more than as a job and I wish there were more people like her in the insurance industry and in the world! I cannot recommend Karla Kirkland enough! Please ask for her!
