1 /5 Lisa: Worst insurance company ever! In June I came to get insurance with this company after having our inspection done Citizens said we need to make some repairs to our deck. My husband quickly made the repairs and all we needed was for Preston to come take pictures to send to Citizens, this guy lied for months. He said he came and took pictures but no one was home. Then in December after lie after lie he said he had to come back out because there was a problem with the first pictures he took. LIE! Now here we are in February, I got a notice saying our policy is going to be cancelled, called Preston he said he got the notice but didnt call us because he was on vacation. We made the repairs a week after we got the notice today is 28th our policy is suppose to cancel on March 3rd and he still hasnt come to take the pictures. I called today but got another bogus excuse. Im sick of Preston and Glen Frye Insurance! They must want our policy to cancel so they can get more more.

1 /5 John Nance: Dreadfully poor service. Response to questions or problems requires numerous calls. I dropped them as soon as the policy period was over fearing that when, or if, I ever did have a catastrophic event they would not be reachable to assist.

1 /5 Giles: The worst of the worst insurance agent companies. Preston never does his job, never returns calls or emails. Never did my change of address before Michael now after the storm 3 weeks later they are still unreachable not returning calls or emails. They are the only ones who can change my address so my claims are going to the wrong please because Preston didnt do his job before the storm. Will be changing to another company soon as I can. Dont wait for another storm to be left in the dark with this company
