My usual agent, Kyndra, always keeps me abreast of any changes that may better benefit my needs/coverage. Today, Kyndra was not in the office, and I was assisted by John Grieves. He was extremely professional, kind, and courteous. He was very thorough in explaining the coverage that best suited my needs, and I felt that he had my best interests in mind.
