We are not people that want the cheapest insurance nor the cheapest coverages, for sure. We are just looking for fair pricing and an insurance company that will have our best interests and needs. Honestly, we have just purchased an insurance policy for 2 cars, our condo, and umbrella coverage. We sat down with Melissa Whiting and she is wonderful to work with; integrity, fairness, and honesty. Offered us coffee or water, even. Truly a breath of fresh air for the insurance industry. We are just new clients so we cannot comment on how the company will handle any claims. We love the location here in St. Augustine at Nix Boat Yard Road. Beautiful office; all renovated! We are saving about $1,600; we did reduce our umbrella coverage, yet still a very nice lower premium. Allstate offers 6 months only for auto insurance; for condo and umbrella, a full 12 month policy.

mac packman this agency has left me 2 times with suspended insurance and no heads up. the first time was an expired CC that when it ran i didnt get a heads up, just an announcement of cancellation. the second time i was on travel for almost 2 months and not even did i not get a bill for my insurance, i came back to a suspended drivers license. this was even after giving them a new CC for autopay. I dont know what is going on with this agency but calls are never returned, the VM is full and i would not recommend them. kept the carts with Allsstate, called a new agent in St. Pete, they rock.
