David Kaplan Jose was very responsive to my questions regarding my change over to an annual escrowed insurance payment from direct semi-annual payments. This required that he arrange to refund an extra direct payment that I had made right before the escrowed payment was made by my bank. Jose very easy to work with and very personable.

Carrie Himmelsbach Debra took care of all of my insurance needs. She is the most thorough, responsive, and informative insurance agent I have ever had the pleasure of working with.
