1 /5 Ronica Escamilla: On September 12, my husband opened a new insurance policy with the same coverage through a different agent. Evelyn received payment, set up the policy, and provided documents, including an insurance ID card and payment schedule. However, on September 23, the old insurance company notified us of policy cancellation. Upon investigation, the new policy number was found to be nonexistent. The documents Evelyn provided are invalid, and my husband has been driving without insurance since September 12. This morning, I contacted Evelyn to report the issue and warned others to verify their policy numbers to avoid similar solution.
