1 /5 Brian Gilvey: Tried to give them my business. I have two homes in Interlachen and wanted a quote for insurance. I gave them the information they needed on the phone. After a week, I called back and was asked for the same information again. Then I got an e-mail asking for the information about the homes. 10 more days went by, still never got a quote, so I emailed them to forget about it. The didnt respond to that either. To be fair, they did give me a quote for auto insurance, that took multiple calls / emails and still took about 2 weeks to obtain. If its this hard to GIVE them money, I cant imagine the response time if I ever needed to file a claim with them.

It’s hard to keep insurance in Florida because every time a hurricane would go through insurance companies would pull out of offering coverage in Florida. FBI would always work to find new coverage for my parents.
