1 /5 Dean Martens: Very disappointing experience. We wanted mobile home insurance mostly for liability reasons. They gave us a quote which we accepted. Then we were told we needed an inspection at our expense. Got the inspection, passed and then we were told we couldn’t have a policy. Gives one a greater understanding of the obstacles some people face. Can’t get coverage to do the responsible thing. We don’t need coverage on the mobile. We are just concerned about liability. Don’t call this company if you want an agent to put you first.

3 /5 Berta Jackson: Poor customer service from a worker there. Always felt rushed and heard them talking poorly of other customers while I was waiting to be addressed. Recently the insurance company spiked their rates and I wasn’t informed nor told why the rates spiked. So I had to call the direct insurance company just to get a decent answer. After a year or so with Great Florida. I’m relieved to find a different company that my husband and I

5 /5 Jessica Guzman: Sarai is the one who helped my mom and I pick a plan for our coverage needs . She was very informative and made sure we knew in depth about our plan. We got the best and cheapest prices in town. I highly recommend !
