I pulled in the parking lot of about 20 cars. I walked in the open door and was not greeted. No receptionist on site. I heard one male voice from the remodel side and one female voice on the insurance side. Both were on the phone. I stood there for about 15-20 mins waiting for someone to acknowledge me. No one came.
After if heard the female stop talking I went to her door which is directly across from the empty receptionist desk to see if I could get some help. She informed me that she was on a zoom call and to wait. As I walked away, she stopped her call to see what I needed. I told her I wanted some business insurance. She said they only do insurance by appts only and that I should not even be in the building and she is not sure why the door is unlocked. The sign on the door says open m-f 8-5, sat appt only, sun closed. Today is Thursday.
I was in shock that she even said that. Obviously, she was not willing to help me and didn’t want or need my business. This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had with insurance. I will never use or call them and recommend you don’t either. Plenty of other companies would love to have mine and your business.
