I had so many questions, and she was so very patient with me and answered each of them in a very Quick response time! She explained everything, and I never felt like I was interrupting her or wasting her time, she treated me as a valued client, even though I had never purchased insurance from her before. She worked at getting me every discount possible! The best outcome of all of this is that I feel very comfortable with my new carrier as well as my insurance agent. Its tough to feel safe when you know that you have chosen to live in an environment that produces storms. So being confident with your Carrier as well as with your agent is Critical!
