5 /5 Brenda Williams: I have been working with Arrington Ins for several years now, when Arrington/Kim was highly recommended to give them a try. She is the only ins agent that I have ever worked with that has been so patient, honest, professional and helpful. She will explain everything in detail so I clearly understand, always makes me feel comfortable. Customer Service is her middle name. Even when she cant do anything to help, she still goes the distance. I feel bad always bugging her, but she has NEVER been anything but professional, kind and geniune. I HIGHLY recommend this insurance agency and Kim Leach :)

I have been a client for several years and Kim has always been not only helpful, but honest. If she cant match another insurers price, she wont try to sell me something I dont need. And when I did have a major HO claim she was generous with her time and effort to help push the process along. Shes my first choice go to" insurance agency when my policies come up for renewal.
