After listening to her speak to me about the different plans and answering my questions I chose the right plan for my needs. She will be my go to person when I have Medicare concerns. When she first called, I thought it was someone who just wanted to sell me a plan. It was the complete opposite. She was fantastic at guiding me patiently through the options and then enrollment. I can’t imagine trying to do this without expert help. She’s been there for me during difficult times. She has always been just a text message away. You don’t get this care from any agent. I’m truly blessed to have her. I’ve recommended her to friends and family.

Being a young mom I was needing to find good coverage for my child and myself, I’ve been putting off going to doctors myself as I wasn’t able to afford a huge medical bill but thankfully Mark helped me find insurance that I could afford so I’m able to go to the doctors that I need too!
