1 /5 Diane Chapman: Shaun is the rudest person I have ever talked to. Wouldnt let me talk Kept talking over me and really didnt know as much about ins in another state and Trans from one to another. Just wanted to let me know over and over again that he has been doing this for 11 yrs. Gave me completely the wrong info that medicare gave me. Kept reminding me this is fl and I am a born Florida He needs to learn how to treat people, learn more about his information. I highly recommend not using him!
