Family owned and operated, Hall Insurance makes my priorities, THEIRS. Theres just no comparison! I have a lot on my plate, everyday... it just lightens my load knowing that Hall Insurance has my personal and professional assets covered! The best customer service, the best customer rates and the best response time. My advise, if youre looking for insurance, commercial OR personal...go to THE BEST! 5 /5 GMT: I have multiple policies with Hall Insurance, auto, home, business, and Ive never received anything short of expert advice and prompt service as well as very competitive prices. Everyone in the office is very kind yet professional. Generally every time that I have dealings with them I feel like Im being treated exactly like they would treat family. I highly recommend switching to Hall Insurance.

I gave Hall Insurance a second chance after the mess up with our home owners policy and spoke with a different agent at their office for our auto insurance. I purchased a one year policy in November 2021 for my car through Hall insurance (Auto Owners). I receive an email in my spam mail, Auto Owners wants to add my daughter who is 20 years old, has her own car with insurance and lives away at college. I gave the agent Lindsey the information requested via email. JUNE 16, 2022, I receive a cancellation notice from Auto Owners because Hall Insurance has added my daughter to the policy effective April 2022 without informing me. Auto Owners cancelled my insurance effective June 18,2022. This increased my premium and I was unaware of the changes. I call Hall Insurance, they tell me Auto Owners did the increase and add. I call Auto Owners, they tell me Hall Insurance did the increase and changes to my policy. They are both pointing fingers at each other. This is exactly what happened with my homeowners insurance with Hall Insurance that I posted earlier. It appears that Hall Insurance has a pattern of changing policy information and increasing policy fees and threatening cancellation so that you pay the extra. They DO NOT call you. They resort to "I emailed you" and then state that their system has issues with sending emails. They receive additional funds for upselling policy coverage and their agents receive bonuses. This is very shady and lends to a untrust worthy business ethic. BEWARE!! I was unfortunately forgiving and gave them a second chance after the issue with my homeowners policy was resolved. (I paid the additional funds) Dont make my mistake.

5 /5 Jason Andrews: We first called Hall Insurace for our business GL. After dealing with Keith and seeing how proactive his approach was to meeting our business needs, we have now moved all of our policies to Hall Insurance. We were very impressed on how dilegent they were in finding the best suitable policy for us, both coverage and cost. We now have our home, auto, life, boat, and business insurance with them. We are so grateful to have all of our policies at a single doorstep. Thanks Keith!

2 /5 m sanders: I read reviews and research by asking for reviews on local social media sites. I emailed and requested a quote for a new purchase in PCB. I received a quote. I continued to give the agent information as requested for an accurate quote via email. Hazel, the agent, sent a finial quote to myself, the mortgage company and the Title Company. The quote included the discount for a new roof(a year old). 2 months after the closing i received an email from Hazel stating my insurance was going to be cancelled. The discount for the new roof was removed after the title company paid the original bill. i called hazel to get information. She was not pleasant and the issue was turned over to the owner. i am unsatisfied with how the office handled the issue and the behavior of the agent. I i paid what is owed and will be looking for a different agent to handle any future home owners insurance needs. Beware: Bait and switch to get the credit/ money from Universal Insurance Company for selling an insurance contract.
