Much to my dismay I found that my home owners insurance had taken a HUGH jump which in turn increased my mortgage. I understand that living and owning a home in Florida can be challenging when it comes to home owners insurance. In our 25+ years of living in central Florida, not once had we filed a claim against our home owners policy. When I saw this hugh hike in my insurance this did not seem fair to me so I approached Barb at Pruett Williams for her help.
