ALPHA DOG TRAINING Jupiter FLA I started using Michelle Silvester at Great Florida Insurance about 6 years ago. I switched my Home Owners Insurance over as I was looking for a new company. Since then, I have added all of my insurance needs over to them. Their staff is incredibly knowledgeable and very quick to get answers! Alexis Pona and Lauren have been phenomenal go-to’s! I have never had to wait for “someone to return my call” They have even responded on their days off, which is above and beyond!! I honestly never have to worry anymore if “someone” is going to get my email or call back, because their response time is unbelievable! So incredibly happy with this company!! Kyle L Jane at First Florida was able to provide insurance coverage on a house that no one else would because of some cloth wiring. Thanks to her, we were able to close on time and repair the wiring after closing. Great service, highly recommended.

We are not people that want the cheapest insurance nor the cheapest coverages, for sure. We are just looking for fair pricing and an insurance company that will have our best interests and needs. Honestly, we have just purchased an insurance policy for 2 cars, our condo, and umbrella coverage. We sat down with Melissa Whiting and she is wonderful to work with; integrity, fairness, and honesty. Offered us coffee or water, even. Truly a breath of fresh air for the insurance industry. We are just new clients so we cannot comment on how the company will handle any claims. We love the location here in St. Augustine at Nix Boat Yard Road. Beautiful office; all renovated! We are saving about $1,600; we did reduce our umbrella coverage, yet still a very nice lower premium. Allstate offers 6 months only for auto insurance; for condo and umbrella, a full 12 month policy.

Pamela Cargo Kelly Richards State Farm Agency was a huge help to me when I was trying to get coverage for my elderly mother’s car. Haley worked with me through countless emails to get things set up in the best way for my mom’s circumstances. She patiently answered all my questions and concerns. Then we had to deal with the loss of my mother’s car after Ian. I anticipated many hassles to go through, but things went seamlessly. I also thank Kelly and her team as they advised me on the most cost effective way to insure the car after my mom’s passing so that we still had coverage in case of fire, flood, or theft until we were able to sell her car. State Farm has been a good company to deal with, although I do believe it is the local agents that keep things running smoothly for customers.

Ashley Pierce Charlie has been more than wonderful!
