1 /5 WH: Very unhappy with agent. My front window got damaged on the Florida Turnpike. I have full coverage and had to pay 500.00 deductible. After sharing with the agent that there is a Florida statute 627.7288 that states there is no deductible if you have comprehensive on your policy, this agent should’ve known this. I contacted my agent and she basically blew me off. After three hours of my time it was discovered that my replacement windshield should’ve been free. Insurance agent please note: don’t ever do this to anybody else. You’re working for us. You should’ve fought a little harder to figure this out instead of blowing us off. Not happy!
