1 /5 Steven Jenkins: The agent couldnt understand an email in English that I wanted to cancel my policy (said it didnt sound like a cancelation request) because I couldnt ride due to complications from thyroid cancer. She basically said my cancer was my fault. It was a rude, obscene and cowardly insult. I dont have any interest in riding if my only option is to deal with people who think they have the right to insult others.
