Dave figured out my insurance company at some point added my 10 Y/O to the policy and fixed it. When the policy renewed, they did it again. I was translating for my mother when he told me “if she wants to live in this country that she needs to learn to speak English” then when I ask him for his name he hung up. I will take this as far up the chain as I can. He shouldn’t be working anywhere with that sort of customer service.
