I’m extremely pleased with their service and will continue my coverage as well as car insurance with this company. They go out of their way to get you the lowest rates with the best coverage.

1 /5 Mike Forbes: Called and left a voicemail for Mandy Franklin looking for a workers comp policy quote for a small LLC. Three days later, no return call. It amazes me that there are people in the business world today that are so lazy & rude that they cant take 5 minutes out of their day and return a phone call after three business days and they still keep their jobs.. unbelievable. Better yet, answer the phone. I mean isnt it their jobs to sell insurance?? Shes probably employee of the Month. I dont expect a reply from the owner as it is apparent by reading prior reviews that they only reply to good reviews.

1 /5 LaDarius Curry: Oh, where do I start? Dealing with this insurance company was a full-on nightmare from day one. Customer service? Absolutely useless. Each time, I was bounced between representatives who clearly had no clue what they were doing. I was put on hold for ages, only to be told they “Couldn’t help me at this time” and that I should “try again later.” Try again later? I’ve got an urgent claim, not a dinner reservation! Speaking of claims, good luck getting yours processed. The hoops they make you jump through are insane. To add insult to injury, I found extra charges tacked onto my account, which nobody could explain. In short, I’d advise you to stay far, far away. This company doesn’t care about customers, only cash. Look elsewhere unless you enjoy frustration, wasted time, and feeling bamboozled.

5 /5 Henry Yeh: Although we had a slow start on the claim, it was understandable because of the magnitude of the damage in Florida. After a couple months everything went smoothly. Once Olympus and Damon Hull from Robinson Roofing & Restoration took charge, I had a single point of contact. Damon was very responsive so I am very pleased. I know there is so much talk about not insurable or premium went up by 3-5X. Atlas Insurance, my insurance agent was helpful and picked right company for us.
