Customer service? Absolutely useless. Each time, I was bounced between representatives who clearly had no clue what they were doing. I was put on hold for ages, only to be told they “Couldn’t help me at this time” and that I should “try again later.” Try again later? I’ve got an urgent claim, not a dinner reservation!
Speaking of claims, good luck getting yours processed. The hoops they make you jump through are insane.
To add insult to injury, I found extra charges tacked onto my account, which nobody could explain.
In short, I’d advise you to stay far, far away. This company doesn’t care about customers, only cash. Look elsewhere unless you enjoy frustration, wasted time, and feeling bamboozled.
