Theyre extremely busy hence why they may sound so serious over the phone most times, but they strive to assist within one call with full, detailed explanation. Philip Honzik David Deacon is a champ. Stellar service, even for Auto. Ive been looking to shave some monthly costs and looked around a bit. I understand auto isnt necessarily a high-dollar value for agencies, but the other agencies I spoke to didnt really treat me like a person. This place was different. I could tell David cared and that he knows his stuff. We even talked a little baseball. My rate ended up being $17/month less than the next cheapest option with equal coverage and a lower deductible!
