Alex Lowenthal If Bernie Madoff had an insurance company this would be it. Criminally run operation. They send no warnings of expiring insurance and once your insurance expires they call to let you know it expired and because you are no longer currently enrolled it will now cost double to get you reenrolled. This has happened to multiple people I know who have used them. No mail, emails, or phone calls. They did this on both our renters insurance and auto insurance. Customer service was horrific from the start of us working together. Stay away.

Even worse finding out no policy covered Liability for volunteers. Lee Burke and his agent Dawn Lasky came to the rescue. They are by far the best Insurance Agency that I have ever worked with.

This is Florida, you want the best coverage at the best price. Its horrible to find out you dont have X coverage after a storm or an event. They have great customer service & truly care about their clients. They never pressure you. Their goal is to get you the right coverage for your home.
