Joe So far, my experience has been great. I loved their website and the ease of building a quote. I created multiple quotes, in fact. I really liked that I was able to do that and adjust coverage levels in every area to find the middle ground where I was satisfied with the coverage limits as well as the premium. Made me very comfortable with the company as everything is very transparent and upfront during the process. Real decent rates, and you are rewarded for claim free years. An incentive is always nice. Plus, it motivates the homeowner to keep up with maintenance, repairs, and the overall condition and safety of your home. I just completed the self inspection today. I actually enjoyed completing it, and it makes you take a good close look at many areas of your home that you may not otherwise. How often do you get down on your hands and knees to inspect the lines, fittings, and tank bolts of your toilets? While mine all look great and are newer, I could have easily spotted something cracked and/or about to fail, that could have resulted in lots of water damage, expenses, and just a huge messy headache. Makes you realize things like this should be inspected every so often as its definitely in your best interest. So everything is just pending the results of the inspection. But to this point, between all the positive online reviews, great website, the extremely friendly and responsive customer service I received online, and the companies overall reputation, its nothing short of 5 stars. Thank you, OpenHouse, for this breath of fresh air at a time when insurance companies are either leaving the state or raising rates by ridiculous percentages on folks. You guys have been phenomenal thus far!!!

Bonita Ross Wally Woodham has a top-notch agency that I am very grateful to have been referred to. Susan and Wally have both been so attentive to my insurance needs. Being on a tight budget, I wanted to lower my costs but not my coverage. I have both homeowners and auto insurance through Woodham Insurance. The homeowners is with a better company, has better coverage than my previous policy and Im paying less. The auto policy is comparable to my previous policy but again, Im paying less. I also asked them to look at my mothers homeowners insurance. They spent a lot of time on it but in the end said she should stick with her current insurer for the time being. Thats integrity. I highly recommend giving them a call and letting them explore your options.

DhAh Michelle and her team at Great Florida Ins (Gateway) are absolutely amazing. I have always been satisfied anytime I have reached out to them with questions or concerns. Their customer service is excellent and they ALL are friendly and polite. I highly recommend them. Ps....Do NOT believe for one moment about a recent review where someone claimed them to be racist. Rod Gillmore Our neighbor recommended Christy Lawrenson who proved to be a delightful person to work with...and she found a great hazard (hurricane) policy for our condo. By combining it with a new condo homeowners policy, (at a lower price than what we had been paying for homeowners insurance) the total cost for both policies was less than $100 more than we had been paying for our homeowners policy alone. Amazing! She also found auto insurance for our vehicles at a considerably lower cost. Nice savings! Were very grateful to have her as our new insurance agent. Shes definitely a knowledgeable professional who listens and delivers!
