Find other insurance companies, when needed and try to get us the lowest cost & most coverage. Karen Kirkland and her staff, send out helpful & important information, when we have a hurricane in our area. Things we need to know to file a claim. Also information to help keep their clients from being scammed. We would HIGHLY recommend, checking out what Kirkland can do for you BEFORE taking out Homeowners & Flood insurance. This is Florida, you want the best coverage at the best price. Its horrible to find out you dont have X coverage after a storm or an event. They have great customer service & truly care about their clients. They never pressure you. Their goal is to get you the right coverage for your home.

I moved all my insurance to them because they have great rates and at the same time, they are caring and truly make the experience a lot less painful. Karen, Beth, and Melanie all do a great job. Anne and the front office staff are very helpful as well. With rising cost of insurance bringing stress into our lives, it makes it 100 times less stressful when you are dealing with such a great group of people. 5 stars for sure. Mike Richardson

5 /5 Lisa Mayo: 8/22/24 @ 2:50pm my daughter called me at work in a pure panic! She told me our house was on FIRE. As rushed out of my office I called my husband first and Karen Kirkland next. By the time I arrived at our home I had a claim number that was texted to my phone. We had at least five fire trucks down our driveway! Thankfully our house was not on fire! It was our pole barn/ shop and my husbands Corvette. Within minutes Karen is walking from the road down to me with policy documents in hand. The hug i received from her was so comforting and much needed. I cannot say enough about Karen and her amazing staff. She has called to check on us and I can t tell you how much that means to us. Karen and her staff care about the customers. Thank you Karen for being here for us.

This year I gave her my homeowners policy to work on. I thought I had a lot of time because it is due in July, but they sent the renewal 6 weeks early and it had increased by almost $2000. I contacted my friend Anne and in a few hours she presented a policy that will save me $1300. Not only is Anne very good at her job, she loves doing it.
