My husband met Michelle through the local chamber, and she offered to look at our auto policy to see if they could get us a cheaper rate. In the end, we have switched our auto, home, and flood and will save a good amount in premiums for similar coverage. James and Michelle were super responsive and easy to work with to get our quote and new policy in place.
I see a few negative reviews, and if you read them, theyre people griping about claims issues. I think its worth noting that the agent that sells you your policies is not the claims processor. This is your GEICO agent, claims would be with "big GEICO" just as any other agent and insurance company relationship is. Thats why when you get your packet, it has a different number to call to file a claim. For the elements of the GEICO experience that James and his team can control, I think they do a great job!
