She’s proactive in asking if anything has changed for you when renewal time comes and remains in contact with you. This is in contrast with previous experiences where the brokers/carriers send you a revised policy along with the annual increase without any other communication. When we closed we had a different insurance agency that we went with. 2 months after closing that agency sent us a letter stating would no longer insure us because we were too far from the fire department.
