1 /5 Nannette Kay: Terrible experience.the male owner of this establishment,is rude and racist, does not like Hispanics or Blacks I stood in that waiting area while he treated the white people better than the Hispanics or African American customers. He would speak over them ...wanted to upsell and charge them higher rates , would make them wait for their quotes or paperwork longer , if you were a different race than his own. When it came to my turn , I asked simple questions, I thought he was going to spank me , he talked down to me like if we were idiots and insulted his intelligence, he keep telling us how he knows insurance laws so much more than an attorney . He just had a full blown conversation about himself ... I ended up walking while this unkind rude man was talking about himself .. not a good person. Run dont waste your time...hes a lawyer drop out ..with no ethics ,no remorse unpolite speaks over you , and wants to upsell you. Not liking any other race but his own ......loud, condescending bad illed temper..in other words a crook .....go to budget insurance they are better nicer friendlier caring wont upsell you in anything , they listen to your needs and help you out . Great ladies they are not judgemental . Dont go to Mr auto terrible man crook I would give him zero stars by the way also reported him to the better business bureau for unethical rudenessness and racial profiling.
