Michael Walker The staff at Niki Jones are always friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. The homeowner’s insurance market in Florida is notoriously volatile and I have been grateful for the great service and advice that Niki Jones’s office has provided me. My initial homeowner’s insurance was issued by a company that later exited the Florida market. When there were no other good private options at the time, I was transitioned to Citizens. When a private insurer offered to take me on as a customer, I switched to them. The Niki Jones team was invaluable in guiding me through this process. They patiently answered all my questions and explained my options. They made the process easy. While reviewing the policy proposal from my new homeowner’s insurer, Carolina Ruggiero reviewed the proposal and found several ways for me to save money on the new plan. She went above and beyond for me, and I really appreciate it.

Pamela Cargo Kelly Richards State Farm Agency was a huge help to me when I was trying to get coverage for my elderly mother’s car. Haley worked with me through countless emails to get things set up in the best way for my mom’s circumstances. She patiently answered all my questions and concerns. Then we had to deal with the loss of my mother’s car after Ian. I anticipated many hassles to go through, but things went seamlessly. I also thank Kelly and her team as they advised me on the most cost effective way to insure the car after my mom’s passing so that we still had coverage in case of fire, flood, or theft until we were able to sell her car. State Farm has been a good company to deal with, although I do believe it is the local agents that keep things running smoothly for customers.
