Automated service recoding that would hang up on you, after “pressing 1,2,3,4…” to get to a human representative. On top of that, my rate increased monthly with no accidents or late payments. I was referred to Robinson Legacy and my nightmares ended! My call was immediately answered by Regina & she took such great personal care with my needs… We even discovered her children & I share something in common, haha :) I later had to call back & got John on the phone because Regina was on another call, & within minutes he handled some changes for me & we are now on a fist name basis. If you want personal care from people who care, I highly recommend this group!
