William Johnstone I called customer service and was prepared for the typical series of phone mail jail options. Jacob Fifer answered in short order and listened to my reason for calling, gave me the email address to send a wind mitigation report, waited on the line to make sure he received it, asked me to wait while it was uploaded and then scheduled a follow up call for next week!!!! Unbelieveable. My faith in humanity is restored.

Progressive, Geico, Allstate, nationwide, etc. Every insurance you could name and state farm was our very last resort. When we called them in regards to my husbands motorcycle policy, the quote they gave us ended up saving us over $5000.
