1 /5 Eric Wichhart: I have been a customer of Andy Anderson for over 15 years, with the same policy. My insurance carrier went out of business. I immediately contacted Suzie to get the ball rolling on a new insurance policy. She assured me that they would have a policy in place through Florida Citizens. I continually followed up with her to make sure everything was taken care of in a timely fashion. I had to remind her constantly to make sure the paperwork was sent in. In the end, she dropped the ball on my payment to Citizens. I finally had to call Citizens Insurance to find out the status of my policy. I found out that my policy had been canceled a month ago due to no payment. The Citizens agent said they had sent several notices to Andy Anderson, but AA never told me to send in a payment. The scariest part was that I went through hurricane Ian with no insurance. I highly recommend finding a different agent for your insurance needs.

1 /5 Evan Minnis: After a very long year of insuring my vehicles with this company they raised my rates by $700 for the insurance period on a 2006 Ford Focus. After insuring multiple sports cars and paying far less from this agency i often wonder if they just woke up and decided i’m not paying enough. No only that Suzan had a poor attitude and lacks a very basic sense of customer service experience, she would place me on call back lists and never answer or respond to my emails. I have switched to another local insurance company and so far have saved a lot of headaches and now have full coverage on all of my vehicles for a fraction of what Andy Andersen progressive would have done for me.

1 /5 KATHY FESSENDEN: Had to switch agencies. They dont call you back or answer emails. You can be as nice as you want but return your calls! I called my agent Monika at least a half dozen times, never got a call back. Switched agencys and I personally had to go to their office to settle something that could have been taken care of over the phone.

5 /5 Kaye Jaye: I been client for about year. Always dealt with Patrick. Good man. Very professional. Worked very hard to get lowest rate on my vehicles, home, and motorcycle. Very happy. Need to ask a question? Give them a call and they will call you back as soon as they can. Dealt with another lady the other day on transfer of policy. Took half hour and was done. Go get a quote.
