When you contact them they are always kind and willing to help and they get back to you very quickly. In other companies its draining the fact that you have to call them several times to get something done; well, not here! They get back to you super quick and most important they solve your problem.
They are also very polite and nice. I have made several quotes and they are always ready to help me with a smile. Even if i make them work a bit more than usual with my requests :-)
Also their advice on what company is best for me and why, is very appreciated. You feel they care for your needs, they are not after the money. You feel taken care of and that is really awesome.
Their customer service is impeccable! It might sound silly but they send you a kit with a few cuties like a folder to keep your insurance papers and a case for your ID card... not everyone makes that down here in South Florida! They do coz they care to spoil their clients. In a nutshell: use them, they are great!
