She went out of her way to help us get the right insurance for our needs and was so patient while answering very thoroughly the many, many questions we asked her. She did not try to make us buy a policy. I like that. I hate being pressured by sales people. Renee isnt like that. The very first time we went to Renees office I felt like I had made a friend for life. That was 6 years ago, and she is still the best agent we have ever had, and I cant recommend her highly enough. He did very diligently explain everything to me. He informed me that if theres any concerns or changes that I would like to do to my policy to just give him a call. Or the company a call.
