When working with an Excess insurance company refunds must be sent from the carrier back to the agency with proper documentation so we can issue the proper refund amount and remain within our legal requirements. It can take up to 6 weeks for an excess company to process a refund as they have fees paid with the state and filings they must complete for EACH policy. After careful and thorough review of every document pertaining to this file, the documents show we received the refund in question on 11/20/2019 on our carriers statement, the refund was processed on 11/21/2019 and your refund check was mailed out on 11/22/2019. Our records show we have communicated with you on multiple occasions via phone and email since the cancel request was submitted with proper signatures. Thank you also for your feedback in regards to voicemails. We return voicemails in the order they are received provided adequate information is furnished however we are a small agency and if we are on the phone or with a client it might be a little while before you get a return phone it doesnt help to call back to back if we are with a client we are busy and cant take the call we look forward to speaking with each and every one of our clients and giving each of our clients the one on one attachment they deserve. Manufactured housing insurance is a very unique field that Jacks specializes in and our clients are extremely important to us. However, in this unique field it can take time for document processing. SCOTT DAVIS This company I have been with for many years. They handle my business policies, my personal, and auto for my family. I have had excellent experience through their entire staff that works there. I started with Margaret Boomer who has since passed however she was extremely experienced in her knowledge with insurance and so nice and friendly as she handled my business insurance. I will say she has left a legacy as the company has grown with Steve, Vicki but most of all their staff has really helped me out with my insurance needs. A big shout out to Miranda who handles my business lines now. She is awesome! , and Ruby who takes care of my personal auto. She has been great as well. The entire staff is great as well. mac packman this agency has left me 2 times with suspended insurance and no heads up. the first time was an expired CC that when it ran i didnt get a heads up, just an announcement of cancellation. the second time i was on travel for almost 2 months and not even did i not get a bill for my insurance, i came back to a suspended drivers license. this was even after giving them a new CC for autopay. I dont know what is going on with this agency but calls are never returned, the VM is full and i would not recommend them. kept the carts with Allsstate, called a new agent in St. Pete, they rock.
