5 /5 Alyssa Palmer: Thank you for your feedback in regards to the post about your refund. We would like to take the time to clarify a few things. When working with an Excess insurance company refunds must be sent from the carrier back to the agency with proper documentation so we can issue the proper refund amount and remain within our legal requirements. It can take up to 6 weeks for an excess company to process a refund as they have fees paid with the state and filings they must complete for EACH policy. After careful and thorough review of every document pertaining to this file, the documents show we received the refund in question on 11/20/2019 on our carriers statement, the refund was processed on 11/21/2019 and your refund check was mailed out on 11/22/2019. Our records show we have communicated with you on multiple occasions via phone and email since the cancel request was submitted with proper signatures. Thank you also for your feedback in regards to voicemails. We return voicemails in the order they are received provided adequate information is furnished however we are a small agency and if we are on the phone or with a client it might be a little while before you get a return phone it doesnt help to call back to back if we are with a client we are busy and cant take the call we look forward to speaking with each and every one of our clients and giving each of our clients the one on one attachment they deserve. Manufactured housing insurance is a very unique field that Jacks specializes in and our clients are extremely important to us. However, in this unique field it can take time for document processing. 1 /5 Paula: This agency is very weird . The original rep said it would take 2-3 business days or less if I am not mistaken it has almost been TWO weeks and I have not heard anything back. I called and the rep was rude after me asking her what’s taken so long as if it was a problem that I asked. Then she proceeds to say the incorrect company with an attitude like It was causing a problem. Obviously something isn’t right if another person commented the same thing. Do better people!

2 /5 Mike Crawford: Were originally very easy to work with. Any follow up phone calls, were responded to 1-3 weeks later, if they were responded to at all. I made a call about 10 days ago, and still havent heard back. Took me over 2 months to restore an insurance policy.

1 /5 RC Bassn Cranor: The most rude people ever deal with in my life, told me they couldnt give me a quote after 5 days that my roof was over 10 years old which is fine, The other a insurance companies,I called told me that in 3 minutes on the telephone took them 5 days Dont waste your time with this company their shouting.. So my advice is dont waste your time and your effort its not worth the hassle I hope they lose all the business in the world and go bankrupt.

1 /5 Victoria Dyson: TERRIBLE customer service. They do not answer the phone, and they wont respond to emails. I sold my home and notified them October 18th and over a month later they still have not refunded me. I called RPS directly and they said Jacks receieved the refund on November 6th. They are crooks. I would stay away from them. Find a company who actually values you and your business because it isnt Jacks. God knows if and when I will ever get my money back.
