We truly appreciate for Staceys kindness and willingness of helping us. She even took her time walk us through the process despite her busyness. 1 /5 Angela France: I had an extremely bad experience with this company. I just wanted a quote for Florida car insurance for my family. After being on the phone with an agent for over an hour who insisted on giving me every detail of her dysfunctional life story, she accidentally quotes me for Ohio instead. I was happy with the figure and she charged my credit card. Afterwords she informed me she charged me for the wrong state. I was upset and she promised she reversed the charge. Months later I found out they’re turning me into collections because the policy wasn’t fully canceled because of a moratorium in Florida because of the hurricane. FTC here I come!! Be very cautious before calling this company. Apparently I had to send an email confirmation on a cancellation that I never even authorized. Experian informed me of adverse information going on my records because of them. I’ve been on hold for hours with both geico and experian and the customer service is scary bad. Thank God for the FCRA!!
