Some advertisements say you can reduce your payments by switching to others, but it doesnt always take in consideration the complete coverage you may want or need, and ends up coming out the same or more expensive. So why not stay with someone you trust, and avoid the frustration.

I only started to get somewhere with them when Hayley from The Bascome agency got involved, she went above and beyond in a very difficult situation and stuck with it , we finally proved them wrong and I was refunded and I no longer have to pay for a lender imposed flood policy. Thank you Hayley , the Bascome agency will always have my business thanks to your hard work.....

Mary Beth Goodspeed I cant say enough about the service and follow up that Lisa provided!!!! Extraordinary!! She shared information and gave me several plan options. Then she helped me thru the process and made sure all was correct. When there was a glitch w/ Health Sherpa, she guided me and all was resolved. I am so grateful for her assistance and sound advice!! We even started conversation about Medicare which I will be starting later in 2021. She knows her business and is very very responsive. Great follow up. Rachel Lowe I wish I had a great review to leave, but unfortunately every time I have had to deal with Highmark, it is because something hasn’t been done. I have been with them for over 2 years and the last two renewals my home owners insurance has been cancelled due to non-payment from my mortgage company to Frontline. When I talk to my mortgage company, they claim they never receive the information from the insurance company. When I talk to Highmark they point the finger right back. Today is 5/11 and apparently my insurance was cancelled on 5/5 and I have yet to hear from Highmark about it. I am looking for a new company asap!!
